The food is authentic Arab, extremely clean and a positive upbeat feel. All the meat is Halal. This is a religious standard set with some of the criteria being: • Animal must have lived a humane life without hormones and such. • Animal had to be quickly, without pain, killed. By hand, no factory butchering. • All the meat must have been cleaned and unlike most meat you would buy, the blood fully removed. • ...many more. Best falafel sandwich in town. Super friendly folk. Spotless inside. Last winter when the Kroger parking lot was treacherous with ice and snow, the sidewalk and spaces in front of the restaurant were completely cleared. They care about their restaurant and their customers. Cannot reccomend enough.
